Understanding who you are, so your future care reflects you

At Future You, we support individuals and families to plan ahead with clarity and confidence.

Through a structured, Occupational Therapy-led approach, we capture what matters most, ensuring future care reflects who you are.

Who We Are

Founded by Namrata Bhardwa, an experienced Occupational Therapist and along with Namrata is an experienced Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive expertise in NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC), Dean.

Dean has supported individuals and families through complex funding processes, assessments and decision-making across England and Wales, providing clear, independent guidance with compassion and professionalism.

Together, we bring a unique combination of clinical expertise and system-level insight, bridging the gap between personal identity and real-world care decisions.

Why We Do This

We created Future You after repeatedly seeing individuals lose their voice at the very point it matters most.

When capacity changes or care needs become complex, families are often left trying to make life-changing decisions without truly knowing what their loved one would have wanted.

We believe this can be done differently
